Article Processing Charges (APCs)

As part of our commitment to Open Access publishing, Quanta Scientific Publishing Services Ltd. charges Article Processing Charges (APCs) and Publication Fees to cover the costs of manuscript processing, peer review, editing, and publication.

What the Payments Covers

• Professional peer review process.
• Editorial checks (e.g., plagiarism and ethical compliance).
• Article formatting and publication.
• Permanent Open Access hosting under Creative Commons licensing.

Payment Terms

• APC is required at submission while Publication fees payment is required upon manuscript acceptance.
• Payments can be made securely through our online payment gateway using credit/debit cards or other approved methods.
• An invoice will be provided after payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

• Full Refunds: Offered only in cases of payment errors or if the article is withdrawn before peer review begins.
• Partial Refunds: If an article is withdrawn after peer review but before publication, partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
• No Refunds: Once the article enters the production stage, no refunds will be issued.
